Learn your eligibility and basic absentee voting info: Travel. State.Gov Step 2: Request Your Ballot Click here to access the Federal Voting Assistance Program’s (FVAP) Automated Assistance. Here you will need to input and sign a set of registration forms. Simply email (or mail) this form to the address provided by your hometown’s clerk office. Step 3: Receive, Complete, and Return Your Ballot Once registration forms are submitted, you will receive via email all of the required voting materials from your election office.
